Currently O’Connor Development manages over five hundred thousand square feet of space along the Front Range. Our management team uses an integrated approach to managing the physical and financial aspects of each property. From property management to detailed market analysis and complex financing strategies, our goal is to maintain our portfolio of properties at the highest level possible.
Our Asset Management group is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of each property and our portfolio as a whole. These services are integrated with Property Management and include owner and partner relations, financing, cash management, performance analysis and reporting, legal compliance, and future development and expansion modeling and analysis. We believe this integrated approach enables O’Connor Development to better manage our portfolio and, more importantly, provide superior service to our tenants.
