Currently O’Connor Development manages over five hundred thousand square feet of space along the Front Range. Our management team uses an integrated approach to managing the physical and financial aspects of each property. From property management to detailed market analysis and complex financing strategies, our goal is to maintain our portfolio of properties at the highest-level possible.
Our Property Management group is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all portfolio properties. These services are integrated with the marketing and leasing activities and include tenant satisfaction, repairs and maintenance, management reporting and reconciliations, public relations, and the supervision of all third party vendors. In 2003, our Property Management group rolled out the Land Port Systems Management Software for all of our commercial properties. This service provides our tenants and vendors with an interactive, internet-based Incident Management System that facilitates collaboration for all servicing and maintenance issues related to our properties.
